Seeing Stars

While at a wedding this weekend, I was reminded how QUICKLY the
is approaching us

I still have my cute spring setup on my Dining Table and Front Door
{{ so what a good excuse to change it up! }}

So today was a long-overdue project day....

Me and my Littlest best friend hit Craft Warehouse and I got some super cute supplies
and left with an idea in my head

Wanna See what I did??

Of course you do...
Here's What You'll Need
Cute wooden stars {like a buck and a quarter each}
Patriotic Paper
Skinny Dowel Rods
and
MOD PODGE

{{chipboard Stars were for another RELATED project ;) }}

Ok Ready... One... Two.... Easy.......

Mod Podge your Stars
Cut out each side individually or get smart quicker than I did and cut the whole point then cut in half
First Though ~ One Side at a Time
Better Thought
I'm assuming we all know how to Mod-Podge
and we will end up
here

SKIP THIS NEXT STEP IF YOU MEASURED CORRECTLY
I didn't.

Cut off the extra paper with a straight razor

Attach Dowel Rod to Stars
however you wish
I used heavy duty clear packing tape

Then stick them into your perfectly arranged  fake  flowers
and you've got cute patriotic touches!

oh and here's a sneak peak of what else I worked on today!

Stay Tuned!
